This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use Outfix: Virtual Try-On. By using the app, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms.
1. Data We Collect
Basic usage data: device type, operating system, approximate region (country/city), language, in‑app actions and crash/diagnostic data.
Contact data (optional): if you contact us (e.g. email or in‑app form), we process the information you share to respond to you.
AI input data:
Text prompts: Instructions you provide for AI generation
Photos/Videos: Media you upload for AI processing
Generation settings: Aspect ratio, resolution, duration, and other preferences
Important: This data is shared with third-party AI providers with your explicit consent before each generation
2. Facial Images and Camera / Media Access
Some features allow you to upload or capture images for AI-based generation, enhancement or analysis.
How We Handle Your Images:
Images are processed only to provide the requested AI feature and are not used to uniquely identify you.
We do not create or store biometric identifiers or use facial recognition.
Third-Party Processing: Images are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. You will be asked for explicit consent before any image is shared.
Data Retention:
Your images are temporarily stored on our servers during upload and processing
Speacial images sent to AI providers are automatically deleted after generation (typically within 24-72 hours)
Generated results are stored in your account for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted
Security: Images are transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
You can delete your generations at any time from the Profile screen.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
operate and improve Outfix: Virtual Try-On and its AI features,
provide support and communicate with you,
monitor performance, prevent abuse and keep the service secure,
comply with legal obligations.
4. Third‑Party Service Providers and AI Processing
We work with analytics, crash reporting, infrastructure and AI providers to run Outfix: Virtual Try-On.
Third-Party AI Processing:
When you use AI generation features (photos, videos), your data is shared with third-party AI service providers:
AI Provider: Fal.ai
Data Shared: Your uploaded photos, text prompts, and generation preferences
Purpose: To generate AI-powered photos and videos based on your input
User Consent: You must explicitly consent before each generation. You can decline, but this will prevent you from using AI generation features.
Data Retention by Provider: Your data is processed in real-time and automatically deleted by the AI provider after generation is complete (typically within 24-72 hours)

Other service providers (analytics, infrastructure) may process limited personal data (such as IP address, device information, usage data) only on our behalf and under data‑protection obligations. Their own privacy policies may also apply.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Transfers
Our servers and some of our providers may be located in other countries. Where required by law, we take appropriate measures (such as contractual safeguards) to protect your data when it is transferred internationally.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also disable analytics or certain permissions (such as camera or photo access) from your device settings, which may limit some features.
7. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize risks and limit access to those who need it. We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide Outfix: Virtual Try-On, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in‑app or on our website.
9. AI Data Processing and Your Consent
Important: Outfix: Virtual Try-On uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate content.
Before each AI generation, you will see a consent dialog that explains:
What data will be shared (your photos, prompts, settings)
Which third-party AI provider will process your data
How the data will be used (to generate your requested content)
Your choices:
✅ "I Agree, Continue" - Your data will be sent to the AI provider for processing
❌ "Cancel" - No data will be shared, but you won't be able to use that feature
You must provide consent each time you want to generate AI content. We cannot provide AI generation features without sharing your data with our AI provider.
